Complete Care Service

On behalf of the ermed Centre of Extended Medicine, we are glad to offer you as visitor from foreign countries a complete care service for all of your personal and practical arrangements during your stay with us in Frankfurt. We will consult closely with you in order to coordinate your treatment and residence here with special attention to your personal requirements. A specific contact person from our practice staff will attend personally to your needs for the length of your visit, making it as comfortable as possible

Your personal contact will assist you beginning as early as with the planning period. During the treatment period our staff member dedicated to you will be at your service for any concerns you may have. We will provide information on travel arrangements, order transportation to and from the airport or the railway station, and your accommodation you will use during your stay. We arrange shuttle services to and from our practice and may even accompany you personally if you wish.

We will be happy to provide you with any more service like assistance with entry visas, translations, secretarial support, child care, etc. Please ask for an all-inclusive cost estimate in advance, which is dependent on the duration of your stay, the number of people accompanying you, and the kind of services you are requesting.
