The Seven Colums of Extended Medicine…

The extended medicine uses methods proven and tested for a long time. The weak points of the body should be found enabling a therapy. The gentle and holistic approach is in the forefront.
The extended medicine combines the tradition of the alternative medicine with the conventional medicine. This practice includes seven basic healing principles which are based on the observation of physical health and sicknesses including most modern and scientific methods.

Column I
Most important: Avoid harm!

A disease can be a useful process of the organism. Medical methods can support this process but also cause an opposite result. Methods which suppress the symptoms without erasing their causes may often be harmful. By means of the extended medicine the doctor wants to avoid that harmful methods.

Column II
Find the causes to cure

Diseases don’t appear without any reason. The underlying causes should be discovered and eliminated in order to allow the patient the recover from a disease. The symptoms are the body’s expression wanting to heal itself, but very often not the intrinsic cause of the disease. Those could be of very different nature. The extended medicine’s doctor investigates the underlying causes in all possible directions and on all levels. His target is to apply the treatment at the roots instead of being at risk of only curing the symptomatical expressions.

Column III
Cure the Person as a Whole

Resulting in a complicated dependency of many factors, health and disease are different states of an organism. The extended medicines’ doctor includes all factors and treats the patient as a whole. Achieving harmony with interaction of all psychical, mental, emotional, and celebral aspects will be most important for recovery totally including diagnosis and treatment.

Column IV
The Doctor as a Guide

The cooperative relationship between patient and doctor has a high healing impact. The doctor empathetically and individually illustrates the patient how he may find the way back to convalescence by means of the extended medicine and by the doctors’ support.

Column V
Prevention Delivers the Best Certainty for Your Health

The ultimate goal of all healthcare is the avoidance of diseases. Even the doctor who cures by means of the extended medicine will achieve this by instructing the patient towards a healthy way of living. He analyses the weak points and assesses the risk factors caused by the patient
s personal and specific living conditions. Finally he navigates the patient properly with fitting applications.
The construction of health is better and safer than the cure of diseases.

Column VI
The Use of the Healing Vitality of Nature

The body has the elementary power to create, maintain and restore health. Nature heals itself by its striving for survival. The role of the doctor is to identify this process and eliminate possible barriers which may prevent the body from restoring health by its own. As a matter of course there are exceptions e.g. emergency situations (necessary operations, bacterial infections or similar) forcing the doctor to draw on traditional medicine.

Column VII
Activate the Self-Healing Forces

The doctor encourages the patient to accept responsibility for his own health. He will support him, motivate him and foster his own will for healing. The applied healing process contains the generation of symptoms, which are in fact a manifestation for the body’s power to heal itself. Our treatment methods complement and support these self-healing forces therefore forming synergy.
