Onze specialisten hechten veel belang aan de exacte afstemming van de golflengte van de rode laser met de chlorin E6. De golflengte moet 665nm (nanometer) zijn, en dat is precies wat onze lasers uitstoten (produceren).<\/p>\n<p>De gebruikelijke laserapparaten hebben echter 658 nm, wat al leidt tot een effectverlies van 20%. Naast het aspect dat de fotodynamische therapie zeer zacht is voor de pati\u00ebnt in vergelijking met andere behandelingen, kan het tumorweefsel zeer specifiek behandeld en aangevallen worden. Daarom is chloor E6 bijzonder aantrekkelijk voor gebruik in de fotodynamische therapie voor de behandeling van kwaadaardige tumoren.<\/p>\n<p>Een onderzoek uit Korea in 2009 toonde in een dierproef aan dat het fotosensibilisatorchlorine E6 dat in de fotodynamische therapie (PDT) werd toegepast, leidde tot een remming van de tumorgroei. De toepassing van de rode laser veroorzaakte celinterne processen die tot apoptose \u2013 d.w.z. geprogrammeerde celdood \u2013 van de kankercellen leidden.
